Registrants have the option to cancel their enrollment up to 60 days before the camp’s start date and receive a 90% refund. Cancellations within 59 days to 30 days of the camp’s start date and receive 50% refund. Cancellations less than 30 days, no refund will be provided.
In the event of a camp delay due to unforeseen circumstances such as a pandemic, the registrant’s full credit will be securely held by PWC until the camp is rescheduled within a period of 12 months. If a student is unable to attend the rescheduled date, a full refund will be issued at that time. This policy is designed to provide flexibility and fairness to participants during unforeseen and exceptional circumstances beyond their control.
